BG Remove AI offers a digital service ("Premium Pro" Pass). Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to premium features, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you have subscribed to a monthly recurring plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, partial refunds for unused days in a billed month are not provided.
If your payment amount was deducted from your bank account but the Pro features were not activated due to a technical error, the deducted amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay).
